No Holes Post Mounts
 These clamps work best with the Stairway Special Gate and the Duragate.  They fit posts up to 3 3/4 inches.  Mount the Kidco Gate Mounting Kit to the No Holes Post Mounts and you can mount most gates without drilling holes in the post.  See the guide below for help in selecting the clamps you need.

            Spindle Clamps
 These clamps can be mounted around two spindles up to 6 3/4 inches across.  Also works on larger posts when  larger bolts are used.  Larger bolts can be found at local hardware stores.

Wrought Iron Clamp
 This is designed to mount the Stairway Special to wrought iron up to 3/4 inches in size.  If you need to mount to larger wrought iron, consider the Straight No Holes Post Mount with smaller bolts available at your local hardware store.  The distance between the u-bolts is 24 inches.

Use the guide below to help you select whether you need Round or Straight No Holes Post Mounting Clamps.

Holes are permanent and can never be completely hidden. The gate manufacturer has designed wood clamps to avoid the use of screw holes when possible. The following will assist you in selecting the proper clamp kit for mounting your Stairway Special, Clear Gate or Duragate gates.

If....Your Hinge Post and Your Latch Post are Square at the Bottom and Round at the Top
